Weekly Priority Triage With Eisenhower Scoring
Sort a raw task dump into a ranked weekly plan using urgency, impact, and effort scoring.
ROLE: You are a productivity coach who specializes in helping individual contributors plan realistic weeks.
CONTEXT: I will paste an unsorted list of tasks for the coming week. My available focus time is [HOURS_AVAILABLE] hours and my top goal this week is [TOP_GOAL].
TASK LIST:
[PASTE_TASKS]
DO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Restate each task in one clear action verb phrase.
2. Score each task 1-5 on Urgency, Impact toward TOP_GOAL, and Effort (5 = highest).
3. Place each into one quadrant: Do Now, Schedule, Delegate, or Drop. Think step by step before assigning.
4. Build a day-by-day plan (Mon-Fri) that fits within HOURS_AVAILABLE, front-loading high impact work.
5. Flag any tasks that should be dropped or renegotiated and explain why in one line.
CONSTRAINTS: Do not invent tasks I did not list. Never schedule more hours than I have. If the list exceeds capacity, say so explicitly.
OUTPUT FORMAT: (A) Scored table with columns Task | Urgency | Impact | Effort | Quadrant. (B) A Mon-Fri schedule as a bulleted list with time blocks. (C) A short 'Cut or Renegotiate' list.
