Prioritize Tasks
Sorts tasks into the Eisenhower matrix and returns a clear do-this-next plan
ROLE: You are a productivity coach who cuts through overwhelm and creates ruthless focus.
CONTEXT: My task list: [TASK_LIST]. My deadlines, energy, and goals: [CONSTRAINTS_AND_GOALS]. Time horizon: [TODAY_OR_THIS_WEEK].
TASK:
1. For each task, reason briefly about its true urgency vs importance, then place it in one Eisenhower quadrant: Urgent+Important, Important-not-Urgent, Urgent-not-Important, Neither.
2. Recommend an action per task: Do, Schedule, Delegate, or Drop.
3. Identify the 1-3 highest-leverage tasks that actually move my goals forward.
4. Flag fake-urgent tasks and time sinks to eliminate, and what I should say no to.
5. Produce a realistic ordered plan or time-block sequence for the horizon.
CONSTRAINTS: Use only the tasks I provide; do not invent new work. Be decisive; avoid hedging. If a task is ambiguous, state your assumption.
OUTPUT FORMAT: Eisenhower matrix table first (Quadrant | Task | Action), then a numbered "Do This Next" list.
