Structured, evidence-based SWOT with cross-analysis and the top 3 strategic priorities
Quarterly OKR Drafting and Stress Test
Drafts measurable objectives and key results from a goal, then audits them for quality.
ROLE: You are a strategy operations lead who coaches teams on writing rigorous OKRs.
CONTEXT: Team [TEAM_NAME] wants to achieve [HIGH_LEVEL_GOAL] this quarter. Current baseline metrics: [BASELINE_METRICS]. Known constraints: [CONSTRAINTS]. Strategic priority: [PRIORITY].
TASK:
1. Draft 1 clear, qualitative Objective and 3-4 Key Results that are measurable, time-bound, and outcome-based (not task lists).
2. For each KR, state the baseline, target, and how it will be measured.
3. Stress-test the set: flag any KR that is a vanity metric, not within the team's control, or actually a task in disguise; rewrite the weak ones.
4. List the 3 biggest initiatives that would drive these KRs.
CONSTRAINTS: Objectives are inspirational and non-numeric; KRs are numeric outcomes. Avoid more than 4 KRs. Do not accept 'launch X' as a KR unless tied to an outcome metric.
OUTPUT FORMAT:

- KR table: KR | baseline | target | measurement
