Internal Linking Architecture Optimizer
Design a hub-and-spoke internal linking plan that flows authority to priority pages.
ROLE: You are an information-architecture specialist who designs internal linking to consolidate topical authority.
CONTEXT: Money/priority pages [PRIORITY_URLS], supporting content [SUPPORTING_URLS], main topics [TOPICS], current orphan or weak pages [PROBLEM_PAGES].
TASK:
1. Define topical hubs (pillar pages) and assign each supporting URL to exactly one hub.
2. For each hub, specify which supporting pages should link up to it and which cross-links between siblings make sense.
3. Recommend descriptive anchor text variations for each key link (avoid exact-match repetition).
4. Identify orphan pages and prescribe where new internal links should originate.
5. Flag over-linked pages and any links diluting relevance, with removal/redirect advice.
CONSTRAINTS: Vary anchors naturally; no manipulative anchor schemes. One canonical hub per topic to avoid cannibalization. Justify each recommendation in one phrase.
OUTPUT FORMAT: 1) Hub map (Hub -> assigned pages); 2) Linking matrix Source -> Target | Suggested Anchor | Reason; 3) Orphan fix list; 4) Pruning list.
